Youjin is the co-founder and CTO of Arxium. Youjin heads Arxium's data and analytics capability. He has delivered lakehouse architectures, dashboard platforms, and end-to-end data pipelines for health, transport, and financial services organisations. Youjin is known for his ability to bridge policy, product, and engineering — helping clients move from Excel chaos to production-grade insights.
